I have a Soyo 5EMM wich can not recognize a UDMA 66 quantum HD(10.2 GB,7200rpm). I'm looking to get a new MB wich include AGP slot and support for the hardrive above mentioned(No audio on board).

Harddrive performance very well, amazing.
I have 2 of these and I think it the Best
because I used so many other crappy one
with onboard sound, onboard VGA, onboard
Lan, Onboard modem.
I end up disabling modem, sound, and vga
then I got this DFI and was finally
satisfy and surprise how good it was
should have gotten this a long time ago
but it seem like no one is suggesting it.
I benchmarked and perform even better the
ABIT's Motherboard becuause of so little latency in memory Cache Setting.
I have an M571 sitting and collecting dust now, it was a major headache.
This motherBoard rocks and quite stable
so far I am just so happy I will buy again and again hehehe.
If you get 2meg Cache, I think it will blow away any motherboard with 1meg or less cache.
I had a few problem, but it wasn't the MB to blame I knew I had to keep trying changing driver etc, then it all went fine.
Look at User Reviews 5 STAr *****
Don't Get FIC, I've had it and it doesn't perform as well.
and another reason, jumpers are a pain.
having to use screwdriver and pliers I had to be careful not to scrape anything
and ruin the MB.
