Just got a MSI 6163 PRO with MSI6905 Slocket and Cel 566. Machine boots fine from power off but will not reboot from bios change, reset switch, or restart from start menu. Screen goes black and hard drive light comes on for about a minute. CDRom light pulses off and on and that's all that happens. Any ideas would be gratefully solicited.
