PC-Chips/M747, upgrading-Anyone know if I'll need to flash to make it work? Please!

Hey all! Upgrading the M747. Out with the Celeron A 300-in with a boxed, PII 450. Sandra says, BIOS/AMI/DMI/ver-2.0/8-24-1995. Can anyone tell me if the PII will boot, or will I have to flash? Thanks, in advance.

Thanks for the info, Mr Computer! Problem is, I'm not qualified to flash. Computing is just my hobby, and everything I've read on flashing BIOS is way beyond my scope. But, glad to hear I can step up to the 100Mhz bus without flashing.(I belive I can swap the CPUs on my own!) Thanks again!!
