I am going to upgrade my PC with a Pentium III 600 and a ASUS P2B-B mini board..the upgrade on the board is the AGP port..which my original MB doesn't have.I am thinking of using the ASUS 6600 Geforce deluxe card with it's 256 TNT chip and video capture and play back with in & out jacks.the question is that the video card is for a 2x/4x agp
interface..does that mean it will not work with my board ..which claims 1x/2x compliant
or that my video or games will not be at peak performance..I am going for the 6600 because of the 2x...but can I go for the higher asus 6800 which claims only for 4x interface...both cards are expensive and I donot need to throw money away if it will not work...and last does anyone know if the p2b=b can go higher than a Pentium III 600 mhz..as what my manual shows,,but I seen in a magazine this same motherboard being sold with a 800 mhz Pentium III..
