Hi,
Does anyone know hwo to manually start an ATX power supply without plugging it into a motherboard?

jumper pins 13 and 14 togather that will turn it on to keep it on you need a load on the 5 volt rail to pull 12 volts out of it with out having the 5 volt side hooked up to a device just add a 20ohm resister across pins 5 and 6 . Also buy lowering the resister you can drop the voltage of the 12 volt side.
