HELP, I have a 486 Socket 3 Motherboard. I have looked up the BIOS number which is (41-A300-001437-00101111-101094-21011/33-E). That comes up as Hsing Tech 80486 VIP mainboard. Thats were it begins i have spend two days looking for a simple manuel for this mother board, i need the jumer setings for the board. If anyone can help Please e-mail me. I can even take a pic if it would help. A few more things it has an ALi chipset the number on that is M1487. There are 4 isa and 3 pci slots and it has 4 72pin mem mod. I would say that it is a baby At style, and no FCC numbers to help eaither.

Thanks if u can help

Right, PC-Chips is Hsin Tech's trade name.

Support for their 486 boards is long gone from their web sites, maybe you find some useful links in the PC-Chips lottery at

Some of these boards were also sold under the Amptron name. Amptron has a little information including jumpering and BIOS on their website http://www.amptron.com

Good Luck
