What is the catch? Do you have to be a reseller? If I can really get Windows2000 pro and advanced server for $129.00 I'm going to put in the order tonight. This has to be to good to be true.

Yes, there is a catch, you will also receive a sales info CD and an online course CD with an ID pin #. These kits are NFR full versions with have NO support expressed or implied. This disks are MS's way to help the channel venders and industry personnel have a chance to get a eval copy. The S/W can be legaly run on NON commercial sys. These kits are also not free, W2K (all 3 versions) is $130 and MS Office2K premium is $100. I posted this in Jan or Feb under boszot(old ISP)

I noticed the site is a Direct Access site, and these sites normally require you to log in, not sure how the link worked. if you can get the order processed go for it, if not then you may have to register as a Direct access member,

Just remeber if you get the software, you cannot resell it,it is not for commercial use other than training, these packs are often marketed by MS to either their Direct Access and OEM members, the basic idea is that if you are selling the product you should know how to use it.

If you do register as a Direct Access member there are a lot more advantages with special offers, MS mugs, keyboards, mice, and software, mostly offers are for a limited time just before they are launched or for a month or maybe two after.

Thanks for the feedback guys. That is exactly what I thought it was. I'm putting in my order tonight. I love seeing that big black not for resale on the CD covers don't you?
