Mntsnow 03-21-2000, 10:08 AM It is a brand of Hardware monitoring chipset http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif Mntsnow JeffD78 03-21-2000, 10:43 AM Duh... Somebody kick me. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif Are there any programs out there that will give me a readout of what it monitors? My motherboard CD came with some, but not for the chip I've got. The numbers don't match up. Peter M 03-22-2000, 12:36 AM Winbond also makes more boring PC related stuff like Super-IO chips for your parallel, serial and floppy ports, and clock generator chips. So if you see a Winbond chip on your mainboard, that doesn't mean it's the hardware monitors. Regards, Peter SysOpt.com
