I'm trying to identify an old 486 motherboard to see if a manual for jumper settings is available. It has a couple of Opti chips and Ami 1987 386C BIOS chips with the numbers 2016605 and 1668617. Made in Taiwan, the ID on the bottom is a stylized "D" with the following code- 94v-0 E98641 FUYU 20v0 9328-00. Between the card slots is: Opti-495SLC 3406 REV.1.1. Any ideas? Thanks.

Motherboard ID appears at bottom left of screen during initial boot sequence. Copy this # and goto: http://www.windrivers.com
From there you should be able to get to a manufactures site.
