I want to replace the motherboard in my old 100MHz Pentium. I want to make sure a new motherboard fits into the case properly. Does anyone know of a website that has the dimensions of all the various motherboards over the years (AT, baby AT, ATX, etc.)?
Also, does anyone have any suggesttions or warnings about doing a motherboard swap? Is there something I should or should not keep?

Possibly need a better power supply. 250 watts is the min nowadays if you run the higher end procs or lots of drives. ATX boards might not fit that at case, not sure if there is a modification you can do for it. Plus, using an at case means using up valuable slots on serial and parallel connections/cards, whereas with atx they are built onto the motherboard. Since cases comprise less than 10% of the average system cost, you might be better off getting a new one. Really cheap cases can be found at www.logicalsrc.com (http://www.logicalsrc.com) . Got a mid-atx for 37 after shipping.
about.com has a whole table of sizes and great info i always go there for questions
