Just curious. What does a USB Header on the motherboard do? Thanks.

It is where you connect the USB (Universal Serial Bus) ports. There are after-market ports you can get to connect them to the back of the case, if you didn't get one with the motherboard. (Belkin and others) You need W95 osr2.5(?) or win98 to use them.
