Since its a BX based chipset on the mobo, it probably won't support it "officially"....but the settings will be there to run 133 RAM and FSB speeds.

Even though BX boards don't "officially" support the 133mhz memory, for me the big question is will the memory and mainboard work without problems? Should the 133mhz RAM be of higher quality? Are there some BIOS settings to tweak or change to help the process along?

SDRAM DIMMs must at least match the speed that the mainboard feeds into them. Using DIMMs that could go faster (when in a faster mainboard) is perfectly fine. PC133 DIMMs work perfectly well even on 66 MHz memory bus.
