I've just upgraded from a BH6 to a BE6-II, and when I try to boot into Windows 98 SE I either get "VMM32.VXD is missing or corrupt" or "There is not enough free Extended Memory" (I have 256MB of PC-133) and the machine halts. Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve?
Things I've tried:
-Using the UDMA33 controller only
-Removed all other cards / devices
-Switched memory (& slots)
-Dif. HD
-Reinstalled OS (multiple times)
-Kicking the dog (Just kidding - No dog around)
-Replacing the VMM32.VXD file
-Changing several BIOS settings
Thanks in advance!
