Mobo and CPU temp monitoring

Using a VA 503+(newest revision), i am tryng to run the temp monitoring software that came with the board(First Aid) but I keep getting errors when trying to start:

Open device module fail!
Error! There is no H/W monitoring IC or the H/W monitoring IC is no supported

I know this is not true because that was one of the reasons I bought the board. And advise?
