Help!!! ABIT BE6-II settings needed

My mobo Abit BM6 went south and as a replacement, bought the BE6-2. I am running a Celeron 300A at 450, which is slower than on the BM6 which was 504, but the system is very unstable(even at 300Mhz). I cannot record on my CDRW without errors, nor run 3d video games (Viper 770-32MB). It seems that i might not have the BIOS on this board set up right, and i was wondering if there is someone who knows where to find the settings that should be used.
Help would be most appreciated.
