PC Chips M565 - manual/reset bios info?

I have a PC Chips M565 (TX Pro) motherboard with an AMD K6-233 CPU, 64M ram, and AMI BIOS. No matter what settings I give in the BIOS, it will not jump out of plug and play mode. I have tried everything. I do not have a manual and the PC Chips web site is slow and does not contain anything useful on this motherboard. Does anyone know where I can get hold of a manual or know how to nuke the BIOS so it does not go into plug and play mode? Its stopping NT from installing....

... or go to http://www.pcchips.com/m565.html directly. PC-Chips don't remove their old product pages from their web server, they just don't link to them from the products page anymore.

Use the link given by Serge anyway, as the PC-Chips site doesn't link to the most current 1998/06/24 BIOS for this mainboard - it's only on the Minstaple Chinese BIOS page.
