Ozzo or Chaintech?

I'm looking to flash upgrade my bios, but there is one problem.
The Bios is i440BX-W977TF-2A69KC39C-00
...C3.... indicating a chaintech board.
looking at the board it says OZZO.
I emailed chaintech because they have no information on their site regarding this board. They said they don't have record of
this board. Ozzo (NTC Technologies) doesn't have a web site that I know of. Does anybody know their website or have this particular board?
