Qaz, Sorry I forgot my password so this is under a new topic. I also had the IWILL VD133 and had similar problems with slow memory and hard drive 155CPU/143FPU pretty poor considering I was using Mushkin PC133 128Mb memory/IBM Deskstar 7200RPM 2Mb buffer and an Intel PIII 500 O/C to 620. VIA it seems is somewhat slower on memory than a typical Intel BX board but I still don't think thats all...I really can't answer since I don't know what else might cause these problems on the board. I purchased the TYAN S1854 Slot1/370 and am quite pleased with it's performance memory speed has doubled 315 CPU/290 FPU and drive speed has increased 35% it runs 10,911 UDMA ATA66 and that is running the CPU O/C @560 not 620 not to shabby.... http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif Also you might might notice video performance is lackluster to. I couldn't even get 3DMark 2000 to run until changing to the TYAN board (Voodoo 3000)
I just put in a CL GeForce DDR card and am getting great results. See Below

If you have the money I would try another Mobo---check http://www.pricewatch.com
I paid $ 88.00 US Dollars for the TYAN S1854
It has the same features as the IWILL VD133
+ 4X AGP and the VIA 133A Chipset.

Sorry I couldn't be anymore help but I hope it helps that I had the same problems and it seems to be related to the Mobo.
