Yep feel that way right after school is out till kids bedtime, Sometimes wonder if I have a 14.4 modem in here, but when its good you cant beat a 50 meg download in 10 min.

I guess some places are just worse than others. I can notice some slow down at peak times, but it is in no way slow...just slower than at 2am.

I've found most stalls I run into can be attributed to other net traffic and not necessarily the cable pipe. I can tell by opening Agent, going to the @Home news servers and downloading huges files...almost always get 350-500k/sec.
