There is a newer version 2.1.10 available now.
I d/l it and tried it out. It seems to have fixed the problems with the card games and Email programs when using the mouse scrolling wheel. The jerky motions have gone and everything is back to normal.

It is easier to print them out for future references.
I'm amazed at how fast they try to fix problems with this program and the great job they are doing.
