AEdge, I think you wrote a heckuva good review. You got the specs/components, the pros and cons, and I enjoyed reading your spin on the board.

Thanks alot for participating. /forum/smile.gif

Good review! I was going to put my 6VBA in but,I'd like to find a way to cool off my P2-233(OC'd to 266).I can't seem to find any tips to: 1)Remove the case. 2)If a P2-233's FSB or multiplier can be increased much for better performance.

I know someone out there is going to ask,"What's this guy doing with a 6VBA and adding it to a P2-233?" Well,I make my upgrades in huge proportions:1)Intel 386 2)Intel P60 3)Intel P2-233 3)Intel450(SL35D) Oc'd to 600+ 4)Intel 2.0 gigahertz w/supercooled/brain/cpu hardware...hehehehe!

With my PII 350, I cracked off the case put volts up to +10%...lowered L2 latency to 8 (you probably dont have to yet) and...uhh..strapped an Alpha to it...that helped a bit /forum/smile.gif

I have a 6VBA133 with a coppermine 500e and slockett II - with GeForce DDR CL, WD ATA66/33 drives, SB live etc. Do I need to install HPT366 Drivers for the ATA66? My drives show as generic IDE? On a BE6 board I can see the HPT366 drivers load but with the 6VBA133 I don't see the drivers are loaded or working properly? Help - Thanks
