Need manual

I have an AST Premmia GX p/100 computer. It is a dual processor workstation. The MOBO is marked AST and has an intel chipset in it. I guess sometime back AST was sold and the new owners do not have any info on the AST site. I need MOBO info and a manual so that i can try to upgrade this machine. Any info would be much appriciated.
