need help with voltage jumper settings for the IWILL Super-7 XA100Plus

i got the manual but i cant see how to alter the jumpers for the core voltage
jp4 and jp14 are for cpu voltage settings (vcore and VIO)
jp4 pins as follows vid0 . .
vid1 . .
vid2 . .
vid3 . .
jp14 pin no's

what i need to know is what config of jumpers gives specific voltages
as when i try to o/c its not to stable so i need to up the cpu voltage
