does the Iwill Slotkey work well with an Abit BF6?

I don't really know much about the slotkeys so any info on them can help. I am pretty sure about buying a BF6 now because of the softmenuIII and the good overclocking ability. Plus it is about the same price as a BM6 which was my other possible m/b.

Also, does the retail h/s fan that comes with the retail celeron PPGA chips (i have a 433) work on the slotkey?

yes the retail fan and heatsink will work fine witht the iwll slocket. I currently have an iwill slocket and it works great. Good luck!

he is correct, will work on both boards, of which I have both. I personally like the BF6...seems more stable.

If your OS is working OK,you shouldn't have to format. Just follow the directions very closely...take your time!Also,you may want to buy an Iwill Slotket II.This slotket supports the Coppermine cpu's which you may want to upgrade to later on.
