out of curiosity, why do you want them on-board? on-board anything is not as good as getting your own card for whatever you need ( video, sound, ethernet, scsi controller, etc.) if you have the free expansion slots, just by two decent ethernet cards if you need two.

I'd have to agree that on-board anything isn't a good idea and will cause you to have to replace the entire system much more often if you expect it to have any long useful life.

Next thing, unless you are setting this system up to act as a gateway between two different subnets or two different LAN's you'll not need two ethernet ports on the same PC - you can't use them - most operating systems won't allow you to configure the two different adapters.

Why not tell us what you hope to do with two ethernet ports and we can point you in the right direction to accomplish your goal.

The main reason to have two ethernet on board is that we have a limited space to install all system. The circuit board can not be larger than 5 cm.

You can only get the motherboards with one intergrated NIC, you'll need to add the second NIC yourself.

Integrated components are for machines that see regular work and rarely get modified. The newbies seem to forget that not everyone is allowed to open their cases at work.
