I recently bought a Soyo SY6vba. It is in an Inwin a500 case with a 433 celeron & sloket. Standard AGP card, generic 64 mb sdram. Have been having problems with intermittent shutdowns, windows errors, and this morning, a corrupted registry.
Initially, I couldn't get any video. That was traced to a bad video card. Since then I have swapped memory, power supplies, video cards, etc. Nothing makes a difference.

Only thing I can find wrong is in voltages. If I look at the SOYO combo setup (or use hardware doctor or motherboard monitor) I show the following voltages:

vcore: 2.04v VTT: 1.52v
3.3 v: 3.56v +5v: 5.08v
+12 v: 12.03v vbat(v): 3.04v
5vsb(v): 5.02

When I tried another good atx power supply, I got the same readings. This is driving me crazy.
Of course, the vendor told me that "they are all like that" - the old used car response. Soyo is claiming it must be the power supply, but that is not it.

Does anyone have any ideas.

More information. Took everything apart looking for shorts where board affixed to case. Rechecked all jumpers. Reseated cards. Booted up. Got into windows, moved mouse, then got Fatal exception 06 at c801:00000039
