I have a VTEC motherboard with an Intel 440bx/zx chipset. When I ran a diagnostics programm on it the results showed thatit could only manage a Pentium 11 400mz processor and would only support 128mb ram.If anyone can assist me I would be grateful as I wish to upgrade from the 350mz Pentium 11 with 128mb ram I am using to a faster processor and more memory
thank you for any help

It looks like PCPartner is connected to Vtech. It is possible they made your motherboard. You might check out their site at http://www.pcpartner.com.hk/ and see what they have in the way of bios upgrades or info about newer CPUs, or if you can even ID the board as one they make.
