There is a soyo 6vba133 for sale in the user deals forum. I have one and like it a lot better than my abit board. I have ran win98se and mandrake 6.0 on it with no probs.

I too have one with a celeron 433. Also have an abit bh6. The soyo is considerably less expensive and has some very nice touches. For example, unlike abit, mouse&keyboard connectors are color coded for dopes like me who can never remember that the keyboard is usually on the left. Have a maxtor udma 66 & it works fine. No problem with the video on the via appolo chipset. A nice touch is the software included. You get a legal copy of Ghost along with some other Norton software. The soft menu is easy to use and first effort at overclocking went like a charm.

There are a few minor problems. The main power connector on the board is difficult to get to, especially with the Inwin A500 case. Unless you have very tiny fingers, the only way to plug it in is to slide the board back some although this is a snap with the inwin.

First time around I forgot to install the via drivers before I configured my video card. Bad mistake. I had days of intermittent shut downs, registry errors, etc. Last night reformatted, reinstalled windows, installed the via drivers, then everything else. Works like a charm.

One more caveat. The Hardware Doctor that comes with the board is a bit funky giving some incorrect readings for fan speed, 3.3 voltage.

Ive had a BH6, a SY-6BA+III and a SY-6VBA, and Ive worked with a BX6r2.

The SY-6VBA should do everything you want it to do if you follow the instuctions of how to install it (like drivers!)

Ive heard some horror stories with this board (if your curious check out www.overclockers.com (http://www.overclockers.com) ), but I bet its all from misinstalled drivers or something. I have many of the sme components of some of the people who said it wouldnt work with the board.

And I, along with alot of others, use Motherboard Monitor instead of the hardware doctor thing. Its freeware and works great!

Great board if you ask me. Id stay away from the BE6, but the BE6-II is a nice board, along with the SY-6VBA and BF6.

I'd get the 6VBA.For the money,it can't be beat. However, don't even try to set up your C-400@ 133FSB.It won't work on this mobo, and hardly any other. You didn't say what speed sdram you had.If it's 100mhz,get another one or a 128mb/133mhz stick and sell the 64mb/66mhz.
