Does any one know of a way to test the floppy disk controller. I have an epox EP-MVP3G2 board and had a hard drive go bad, replaced drive but now my floppy won't work.
Tried new cables, put floppy drive in a different computer which worked OK, checked bios settings everything OK. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

disable the onboard controller and install in ISA card. If the drive works the onboard controller doesnt.
