Which motherboards support the 1MHz step overclock selection? I know that Chaintech 6ATA2 supports it, however, it seems that it is only supported above 100 Mhz bus speed, however I need to squeeze everything available out of my Celeron that currently runs at 83 Mhz FSB but doesn't run at 100 Mhz FSB - I want to try it at a 90 Mhz FSB.
Also, could somebody explain to me how does the the 1MHz step overclock selection function?

The slot1 ABIT BF6 supports 66-200mhz bus, in 1mhz increments. If you're getting a socket370 chip, then get an abit slotcket.

Are there any else? I can't buy Abit motherboards in my country.

Get the BE6.2 or BF6, get a slotkit, although not an ABIT, I prefer the generics, they usualy have holes behind the chip so you can stick in that thermal probe.

Couldn't you buy your mobo off the net? I got my Abit BF6 off www.wholesale-club.com (http://www.wholesale-club.com) for $107

Thanks for the advice! I will probably buy either Soyo 6BA+III or 6BA+IV, both of them will be available in my country in 3 weeks, or A-trend ATC-6240, which, accordingly to A-trend’s technical support, does support 90 & 95 Mhz buses (although unfortunately doesn’t support CPU voltage adjustment).

If you wanna save a few bucks, take a look at the SY-6VBA 133
It supports the same bus speeds as the SY-6BA+III and +IV, and some other goodies. Its cheaper because it does not use a Intel chipset.
I have reviews of the SY-6BA+III and the SY-6VBA 133 at http://www.sysopt.com/userreviews/products/mboards7.html
Check it out! /forum/smile.gif
FYI, The +IV is identical to the +III except for the added ATA66 ports.
