You might take a look at the BP6 from Abit, as it is capable of running DUAL celerons in SMP mode(which will come in handy when win2000 finally ships, or if your using Linux or NT). It costs a tad more, but two 400mhz celerys and this mb still cost less than a PIII 733 (approximate equivelent processing power).

BE6.2 or BF6, basicly the same board, the BF6 has no on-board ATA/66, but an extra PCI slot to the BE6.2, and the BE6.2 is more expensive. As for slot kits, go the the sysopt.com main page for a compairison.

If you want a board EXCLUSIVELY for a current ppga the BP6 has more fsb settings than the others.

I personally would get the BX6 rev.2. You can move to the coppermines later with the new msi 6905 master slocket. The current socket 370 boards are pin INcompatible with the new coppermine socket cpus.

..Youll be able to use FC-PGA coppermines on MSI-6905's?
I thought they switched the reset pin placement or sumthin, so you would either need a new board or a new slocket to use it!
This is news to me...Ive been out for a few days, maybe I missed somethin..?
