hi,

This is my m/b info

09/16/97-i430TX-W977-2A59IQ1FC-00

And at the bottom

P5I430TX/250E (TX400) BIOS V1.3 09/16/97

******************
My problem is the date for my m/b is 'crazy'
Sometime it go faster n sometime it go slower...

So i think its the bios problem, so i would like to flash bios..

Hope someone can help me
Thanx

FYI,
your motherboard was made by QDI But I was unable to determine which model. with just the bios string. It is running the intel triton tx chipset. Hit QDI's website and seach for your motherboard and then you will find the Bios updates and information on how to do it.

Update Info on your motherboard with link to bios (http://www.qdius.com/products/430tx1e.htm)

Good luck and let us know how it works out for you

I success flashing the tx400 m/b,

And everything is just fine

But i goto cmos, i found the clock is "running" more faster...

In the win98, the clock at the bottom is inaccurate, running faster also
(bcos it is following the m/b clock right?)

Can someone help me out ?

Qaz, Your Welcome on the above information. As for the "clock" problem I would suggest replacing the battery for it. As when the battery gets close to dieing it will cause all kinds of problems..
