I noticed that whenever I am playing an audion cd, my hdd light flashes continously with the playing of the cd. I know this is not normal but is it bad. How can I rectify it. Thanks to all who attempt to assist me.

check all of the connections from teh Motherboard to the lights and cd etc....
its not bad so i wouldnt worry about it. but you might have connected a LED wire to the wrong place

The HD light should be called an IDE device light. Any access to an IDE device (CDROM, zip drive, or hard drive) will cause a flash on the drive light. It is normal.
