Astoria motherboard upgradeable???

I've been told that my motherboard is an Astoria. I would like to know if I can buy another processor and upgrade my existing PII 300 to a PIII? Is it as simple as just pulling out the old one and putting in a new one?

Now I've never heard of that M/B, But look in its manual or on the board, try to find out if its a BX or LX chipset. If its LX chipset, no a P3 wont work, If its BX, a P3 SHOULD! work, But still, unknown M/B brand, you never know.
