WheN PeOPle TyPE lIKe tHiS???
I bring this up because I just checked my e-mail, and lo and behold, a friend has been pulled to this obnoxious style of typing. Anyway, I only share this with you because I am wasting the precious gift called life.

Do you mean like this:
ph34r m4h m4d $k177z b3f0r3 1 h4><0r y0ur k0mpu73r, y0u ll4m4!!! 1 0wn j00!!!
That my friend is known as l33tspeek, and is the native tongue of skript kiddies, the most annoying things in this, and all other universes.

Annoying indeed! I don't know, but to me it's just natural to capitalize the beginning of sentences and put periods and the end. Is that really so hard? Are they really saving time? Or just lazy?
And this "l33tspeek", well, that's always a sure sign of a wanna-be.

I use abbreviations in ICQ since it's more like a conversation and it's important to get meaning across quickly:
u = you (1 letter for 3)
r = are (1 for 3)
cuz = because (3 for 7)
But I don't make meaningless substitutions:
kewl = cool (4 for 4?!?!?!)
When people type in alternating caps like that... Don't they realize that in the time that hitting the shift key that many times took them they could have actually typed something thought-out and possibly important? Complete waste of time...

a) I have a friend who's always typing me stuff in l33tspeek coz he thinks it's fun (and funny), but I only use it to make fun of him for it <g>
b) I use kewl to put the emphasis on the valley girl pronunciation <g> ...it's just way kewler that way, dj'kno?

My friend is VERY bad for sentences that last forever. Here is good example. You may notice a couple of other bad grammar in there :
Man you should see what i did yestrday i went to chris house and saw this sweet show, it was much more better than simpsons and I saw it from front to end.
That is the stupidest sentence I ever heard from him! BTW, sadly, he is 14 years old too!
How about when people post things in one continuous line without any spaces? It's REALLY annoying to have to scroll left and right just to read a post, including the ones that weren't screwed up in the first place (it screws up the whole thread).
