Access97 or 2000 Reports

HELP...

I have a database which contains, publication data, I would like to extract data in reference format i.e

7 Deewana, Dilwala, Beating the bugs on MS
Word, 1999, Tree Publications

I can do this by linking in to word, but want to make it easier for the users, and hopeful just use access... is it possible

sorry the text was displayed as it should have.

The line should continue and if the data is more the one line the next line should wrap as an hanging indent after the number.
