Installed the board, CPU, and 64 meg of memory and can't get video or the POST to work...I've been told to check the memory and the video card but the memory is brand new and the video card worked on my old PC 2 days ago...any ideas?

BTW I'm not getting any error beeps at all on boot up..

FYI...

turned out to be a short between the case and motherboard...backing out the screws allows it to boot. Need some plastic washers so I can tighten it up now...
