Ok I need some help picking a GOOD motherboard, it's going to be used
for a gaming computer most of the
time.

also any help with the CPU would
be most welcome as well.

but most gaming rigs really need good gfx cards, try a G400max 32MB and a couple of V2 12MB SLI-ed (just for Glide compatibility, heh, heh...)

If you're considering Socket 7, try the SOYO 5EMA+ w/a K6-3 450.
This makes for a nice gaming rig.
