i have a Win Q500 Full Tower ATX w/300W Power and an asus p3b-f mobo, and above the cpu is a small 3 pin connector that says "power fan." but i cant find any connector out of the power supply. the fan is running and eveytign, but i cant track it with the program that came with the mobo. also..my cpu has an average temp of about 115 F...is this normal? pentium 3. thanks

The small lead from the fan connects to the MB. Your temp is OK at 115F

That 3-pin connector is for an extra fan with a matching 3-pin female connector. There is nothing to plug in from the motherboard power supply! I personally have two fans mounted piggy-back style on my heatsink...one female lead goes to each 3-pin male connector on the motherboard.
Good Luck,
Paul
