When I disable My External Cache in Bios my computer acts ok. When it's own it reboots it's self and all kind of problems. My Question is: Is my mother brd bad? Or is there a setting I need to change. A 300 AMD 3D now chip is on it with 1 64 meg Ram chip. (PC100). Just normal settings nothing fancy. Thanks for any help. Lan

I've heard of some probs with FIC 503+ boards coming with bad or marginal cache. If you are still under warranty, I'd swap the board. Unless you are trying a very high bus speed (like 124Mhz) you should have no troubles with the external (aka L2) cache.
