Upgrading a current sys with AT case and 200w Pwr Supply, CD-Rom, floppy, 2 hd, and tape BU.
Was looking into K6-3-450 capable boards such as FIC 503+, DFI k6BV3+, or Epox MVP3C to name a few. Question would be if adding another case fan to the current case with CPU and mobos above would be too much for the 200w PS. If not would probably just go for an ATX barebones. Any thoughts or assistance is greatly appreciated.

Solo,
In my own personal opinion I would suggest the best route with all the "newest" hardware you are planning on getting I would spend another 45-60 bucks and get a nice Midtower ATX case with a 250w powersupply. With the new motherboard and such it will be nice to have a bit more power and the "powermanagement" abilitys of ATX.
Thats my 2cents on the subject

AT is also a dead end from here out more than likely. AT motherboards are slowly, but surely, going out of style. If you go the extra mile and get the ATX case, you'll be able to drop the next greatest thing right in there next upgrade. You also get to keep a large portion of the old machine together. With a few more parts, you have two machines. One to use all the time, and one to experiment/learn on.
Honestly though, the fan is going to add a minimal draw on the the power supply. The new motherboard and CPU will have a greater effect. Though depending on what you have now, it may be better.
