I am in the market for a new motherboard, but i dont want to upgrade to a board that only suports 2x. Does anyone have some information on when there will be 4x AGP boards.

Look for 'Camino' chipset boards, also called i820 I believe. They wont be out til late september at earliest.

Intel has been lagging on this chipset for months now. Let's hope with Althon putting the heat on, the boys and girls in Santa Clara get off their butts and bring this thing to market!

Well, for the Intel fans, you'll have to wait for Camino or a new VIA chipset. For the AMD fans, the new K7 Athon m/b's have AGP 4x support.
