setting up browsers

as most people know I started a knew job a week ago installing cable modems and setting up browsers. but I have run into a snag. when I set up netscape with a previous account, I use our account as default. which would give you two choices if the customer has another account with someone else. some people do not want to get a choice, when they click on netscape but they do not want to delete their other account is this possable.

go to c:\program files\netscape\users and delete the other profile, assuming it is ok with the customer http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif . If they have a previous version of communicator and you want to install a different one, simply put it in a different directory. Try c:\netscape. If they do not want their old communicator files, uninstall the old one, go back to c:\program files and delete the leftover netscape file, and then install your version. Cheers!
