Abit BH6 and PPGA to Slot 1 Adapter

hi

i would like to get a 466mhz or 500mhz ppga
cpu and use it with my bh6 motherboard,which
adapter should i get,is it possible to
overclock and do i loose any performance
when i use a ppga to slot1 adapter instead
an true ppga board ???

According to an article over at www.thetechzone.com, they experienced a very noticable signal loss when using the slocket as opposed to an actual PPGA s370mobo.
