ok, when a server has the isp logged, can it be changed whereas the original never shows up?

Or, are you asking if it is possible to mask your IP address so an ISP can't track you? If you mean our site specifically, we log the IP address (ISP) from which all posts are made at the time they are submitted, and we're the only ones who have access to those records as buddmann pointed out.
