I didn't pay very close attention to who made it or what it's numbers were but it displayed a code if there were any problems, then you could just look in owners manual to find out what may likely be wrong, anyone know it,is it any good, would really appriciate any info you may have, it was also a slot 1 board

The board baffled is talking about has a couple seven segment LED's on it similar to the POST Mortem Card, and if the system fails to boot it gives a code that you look up in the manual and it tells you the problem, I saw a review at one of the hardware sites a month or two ago, but I can't remember who made it.

I thank you most heartily, it would seem that is the one, the guy who buit my computer is now using them as his standard board in his machines. He had just finished a burn in and shut it down and rebooted with the cover off to show me how it worked, guess what , it hung on a read out,he looked the code up ,it said it wasn't recognizing the video card or some such thing , he gave the card a push to seat it better and the computer rebooted then with no further problems. It was quite interesting to see it in action. Thanks for the help.
