This is a Soyo SY6BE+ motherboard. I was fooling around in the BIOS today (I know..i really shouldn't do that) and I was changing the processor speed on my PII350. It has a locked processor clock multiplier at 3.5x. So I was adjusting bus speeds. I was going to try it at a 466. I shut down, and rebooted the machine..but now I get no video. I assume that I set the AGP Bus too high? Is there a way to reset this since I can't see anything on the screen?

Clear your CMOS. You should have a jumper that you can move to another pin, then move back. That clears the CMOS, and resets it back to default.
