does anybody know a mb with both sockets on it 370 and slot 1??

Are you looking for a dual processor board? If so, get a dual Slot 1 and use a slotket adaptor for your Socket 370 CPU.

Matsonic has both onboard. That way you can get either a cheapo Celery to start, and then upgrade to a PIII later on without changing mobos.
BTW the Celery overclocks nicely on this board too. 416 from a 333, and 500 from a 400. That's 25% over spec, with no extra cooling!
