in some bios (e.g. award) i see full screen logo option. i think thats a kind of bitmap shows when detecting cpu, ram harddisk etc etc. anyone knows how to change that? or how to upload it to bios?

AFAIK you can't(easily). The picture is part of BIOS code, and as such is burned in ROM.

Theoretically, in the newer flash BIOSes you could somehow find out at what address the picture is located, and then replace it with your own using one of BIOS-flashing utilities. But that requires deep knowledge of BIOS programming, few people have them. If you really need that, then the first step would be to locate detailed specifications for your particular BIOS, and then get a book or a manual about BIOS programming.
