It's beautiful - warm & sunny in So. Cal. too, Scott!

Just got in and it's great weather for driving with the top down - Miata or Boxster, it doesn't matter http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif

Even those with drivers licenses can ride bikes http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif. I got out and did a good ride today - though I'm still getting used to the hills, or should I say mountains, around here! http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif

I've been enjoying the cool clear weather of winter. But summer is on its way here in GA. I envy you West Coasters. Low humidity keeps the temp tolerable.

Yeah. Last night just after midnight I heard them report the local temps on the radio...it was 70° in SF. That's outragous. It usually won't even hit 70 in the city on a hot summer mid-day,...but to be that temp at midnight!!

Makes me think we're in for one VERY hot summer.

Springtime brings not only nice weather to
So. Cal. but the scenery improves tremendously. I think bikini season is here.

Wow, I didn't know anyone else here was from NC. Selma, North Carlolina had a beautiful day yesterday. I took the time to get out in my yard, cut the grass, and trim the hedges. Their were a lot of other little things to do outside too (finally got inside and reorganized my barn) It took all day, but it was so nice outside, I didn't care.

Kind of bleek today, maybe the sun will come out!

So how many bikers (I mean real bikers, people who use their own energy to get ahead) are there here? I use my bike to work every day, and I'd tell you: here in Norway (Bergen) that is a really "rainy experience". There are quite a lot of hills here too so Scott: I'd race you up those hills anytime!

Ahhh! The bud's are budding, the sky is blue and clear... (well, clear for now. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif )

It's cloudy, rainy, 50 degrees here in E. Lansing. But the Spartans are in the NCAA title game, the weather doesn't matter!

Glytzhkof: I don't use my bike for transportation, just sport. I used to compete in criteriums, and now I need to get back into shape to compete. I ride a Trek 5200 w/ a triple - great bike. I also have a 2300 but left it in another location that I visit sometimes so I wouldn't have to go through the bike carrier mess on the airlines.
